We are not a big company. We are local people who know and love the Suffolk coast well, so are proud to offer a personal service to each and every visitor.

We have a variety of lovely cottages for your self catering holiday on the Suffolk coast.  Most people know about the coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh, but fewer people have explored the charming villages just inland with their pubs, historic buildings and variety of walks from the doorstep. Wenhaston? Bramfield? Theberton?.. come and visit and stay!

We try to be flexible with your requests. If you want to bring your dog or bikes,  if you want a short or longer let than usual, or if you have an unusual query we will do our best to make your holiday on the Suffolk coast as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.  Many of our guests return, testament to our unique personal service. 

But for guests who prefer to book and pay direct, that online facility is now available via our new booking system.

The choice is yours - but if you would like more information about any of our cottages or their locations, please do call or email and I will be happy to help. Prices include all heating, hot water costs etc

We do not charge booking fees or credit and debit card fees either! (just extra if you wish to bring your dog!)
