Spinners Lane Southwold holiday home with car parking space!

Spinners Lane in Southwold is a stunning holiday house tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet just a few minutes from the High Street and only a short walk to the beach. This detached 3 bedroom property, sleeping up to six, has been beautifully renovated into a vibrant family home with an elegant coastal theme. The property has parking for one car immediately in front of the house . Spinners Lane is a no-through, private road. An old fashioned, wooden turnstile at the end of the lane leads directly on to Southwold common and footpaths then take you to the harbour and river. Sorry no children under 5 years of age.

Just wanted to say we had a super time at Spinners Lane.  I have never been to a house so well equipped and so good to find that odd thing one had forgotten or left at home there it was in one of the cupboards.
Super location, we really loved that part of Suffolk and great to go straight out on to the Common which we did every day.
Lovely having that gorgeous cake and goodies.
I can't thank you enough and really hope to book with you again, as Suffolk is now number one on our list.
Many thanks to you and the owner G & M C September 2022

We had a lovely 5 night break at Spinners Lane, the house was everything we wanted, comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen with everything and more in it, cosy lounge and great position next to the common and 5 minutes from all the shops and the seafront. JL (New Year guest 2021/22)

We had a wonderful week in Southwold in this cottage. Honestly one of the best equipped, immaculate and comfortable holiday homes I've stayed in! The house is on a quiet lane with instant access to beautiful grasslands leading over to the beach and to Walberswick. We spent a lot of time on the sandy beach at Southwold which is just 10 minutes walk away. Lots of places to eat and a small market with lovely local food. Couldn't be more convenient. Suffolk Coastal Cottages were really efficient and supportive.  MS August 2021

  • We’ve had a lovely week and the house has been perfect. We were so lucky to find it still available when we were looking to book somewhere in this area. Will certainly be our first choice when we return to Southwold. And we will be recommending it to friends and family thinking about the Suffolk coast. MP & PP July 2021

  • We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful house with everything you would need provided for a family when away from home.  I am sure we will be back. The delicious homemade cake and prosecco were a treat, thank you! G & R B August 2019

Local Area

Pub: The Crown is just a few minutes away and there are many more Adnams pubs, cafes and restaurants in the town, at the Harbour, the Pier and more. Brilliant fish and chips too!

Shop: Two minutes walk to the High Street, with a variety of foodie shops, delis, bookshop, art gallery, Craftco, clothes shops, cafes and restaurants and more.

Beach: A few minutes walk to the beach at Southwold from here! Plenty of sand and the Pier is to the north, and the Harbour to the south, all an easy walk. Walberswick is on the south side of the River Blyth, walk across the Bailey Bridge or catch the local ferry, open all days in summer school holidays.

Other Local Attractions:

Southwold has so much to offer, it is easy to park the car and just walk and enjoy the Pier, the Harbour, the High Street, golf, crazy golf, numerous pubs and restaurants, Blyth River trips and much more..

Just inland are numerous pretty villages with a wealth of churches, historic halls and gardens to visit and more. There is horse riding at Bramfield, more golf at Halesworth and clay pigeon shooting at Darsham to name a few.

Framlingham, Aldeburgh, Orford and Snape are all within easy reach, or drive to Huntingfield to view the magnificent painted ceiling at the church. For more information do ask Trish.
