How do I book a property?
Choose which property you would like to stay in, based on number of guests and/or location. Click to 'view details' to see full information for your chosen property.
Select an available start date from the calendar on your property page... then choose from the drop-down list how many nights you wish to stay (availability will vary between 3-7 nights).
Click 'Continue to booking' to pay by card and complete the booking process.

OR if you need to stay on specific dates you can view which properties are available during your chosen dates. Then click on your chosen property's arrival date and choose from the drop-down list how many nights you wish to stay (availability will vary between 3-7 nights).
Click 'Continue to booking' to pay by card and complete the booking process.

OR if online booking is not available at that time for your chosen property please email or phone Trish and she will help you book your chosen property.

When do I pay the balance for my holiday?
Balance payment for the holiday is due six weeks before the start date, a reminder for this will be sent to you. If you are booking less than six weeks before the start of your holiday then payment is required in full at the time of booking and no further payments will be required.

How do I pay the balance for my holiday?
Payments can be processed via credit/debit card through the online payment system or telephone; or by direct banking (BACs), bank details will be sent to you if requested.

When do I get details about keys, location, housekeeping notes etc?
Further details in Trish's welcome letter about the property including access, key safe codes, wifi password, location of property etc, this will be emailed to you once your remaining balance payment (or payment in full) has been received.

Can we arrive earlier or leave later?
Arrival times vary according to each property, full details are given in the welcome letter.  Earlier arrival times are not available as the property may not be ready for you.

Departure time is strictly by 10am. Please adhere to this time as the housekeeper needs to prepare the property for the next guests.

Can we get an online food delivery?
Suffolk Coastal Cottages are happy to recommend 'Suffolk Lunch'. Order delicious, regional farmhouse products for hand delivery to your doorstep. Several supermarkets offer food delivery service too.
